At Pub Reviews UK, all products are printed and made to order specifically for each customer. This helps us reduce waste and create products on demand rather than holding large amounts of stock.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong colour or product

• Preference regarding fit or style

• Accidental orders placed by the customer

We strongly recommend checking product descriptions and size guides before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment and delivery partners and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

As our products are made to order specifically for each customer, many items may be exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period that applies to non-customised goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
