At Pub Reviews UK, all products are printed and made to order specifically for each customer. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create each product on demand rather than holding large amounts of stock.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong colour or product

• Preference regarding fit or style

• Accidental orders placed by the customer

We strongly recommend checking product descriptions, sizing information and colour selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to return.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment and delivery partners and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Where a return has been authorised, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not return products without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 working days, although the exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.

As our products are made to order specifically for each customer, many items are exempt from the standard 14 day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
